Originally from Solapur, Mr. Sushilkumar Deshmukh is a highly accomplished engineer and real estate developer. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the real estate market in Pune.
His technical expertise, combined with his business acumen has enabled him to undertake and successfully complete numerous real estate development projects in Pune.

Mr. Prakash Kulkarni is the founder Principle of Ankur Associates, Commercial and Residential Architects in Pune which are involved in designing and liasoning of major projects in Pune. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Hubli, Karnataka University in 1992 and before starting his own practice in 2000, he gained experience under the renowned Architect Pandit Joshi. With over 28 years of experience in the field of architecture, now he has a full office setup in the heart of the city. The firm has designed and executed projects that range from Master Planning to Designing of Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Health care, Hospitality and IT projects measuring up to 60 Lakh sq.mtrs. Prakash Kulkarni has consistently delivered on quality both in terms of architecture and services to clients.

Bal opted for Civil Engineering as a profession as Structures was his passion from childhood and he graduated with an Engineering degree from College of Engineering Pune in 1986. Determined to make it big with an individual style and mark in the Structural Design and Consultancy Services, he commenced his own venture ‘Delcons Structural Consultants’ in 1991 at Pune. This company works in India, Dubai, Kuwait and other Gulf countries. The structural design of townships, commercial, Industrial complexes and the structural audit of the old buildings are also carried out by the DELCONS. He is a part of our team as an RCC consultant.

SHOBHA BHOPATKAR

Ar. Shobha Bhopatkar has been practicing as a Landscape Designer since 1977 after acquiring her degree in Architecture. After 43 years in practice, she is entrusted with prestigious projects demanding a unique approach to design and implementation of modern technology.
Today, her firm is actively involved in designing and executing numerous Landscape and Architecture based projects for a renowned clientele.Under her influential leadership and guidance, the firm has evolved from a small organisation to having a team of over 50 efficient and capable architects, designers, site engineers, 3D visualisers, lighting designers and horticulturists.
NITIN TAWAL

With over 22 years of experience in the Irrigation Department of Government of Maharashtra, Suresh Fatate has worked on numerous projects like construction of Lift Irrigation Scheme, Jack well, rising main distribution, weir, dam etc.
He graduated from the Pune University as an Engineer and is also a Gold medalist in WALMI (GoM).
